Peace on A Reading.

On Friday night I made it out through the steady rain to Peace on A, a poetry reading series that Thom Donovan hosts in his second floor apartment on Avenue A in the East Village. Two featured poets gave readings from new or forthcoming books.

Stacy Szymaszek read from "Orizaba: A Voyage with Hart Crane" (Faux Press) and Sam Truitt read from "Vertical Elegies: Three Works" (UDP, 2008).
