Abstinence Only!

I just came across this wacky story about how some of our tax dollars have been spent to teach abstinence only education. A clown!

Particularly after we have seen study after study of late proving that children who received abstinence only education still had sex at the same rate as their peers who didn't, but had higher rates of STDs and pregnancies, this smacks of sham.

Another one of those ideological policies that sounded so good to Bush and the gang that they sank more than 1.5 billion into it only to find that it only put more lives at risk....
