Opposition to Health Care Reform Re-Energizes the Christian Right.

Not that they were dead or down or even quiet, but the Christian Right, per a story today in The Washington Post is accumulating resources, forces, and voice with opposition to health care reform.

Can I just say, I told you so?! Baseless threats of euthanasia have energized the cultural/social conservative base in this country - but also around the world. Old issues like family values and abortion are now enforced by the rise of "euthanasia."

Predictions are silly, really, but I don't imagine the debate over how we die abating any time soon.
